12.8 oz (29.2%) cooked wild rice
3.2 oz (7.3%) crystal 120
3.2 oz (7.3%) special B
1.6 oz (3.7%) aromatic
12 grams Tettnanger (60 min boil)
0.5 tsp Irish Moss (15 min boil)
Safale US-05 yeast
Steps:
Mash with 0.9 gallons at 154 degrees for 60 min, mash out at 170 degrees for 5 min
Sparge with 1 gallon at 170 degrees

INFECTION! Probably lacto. Have to drink it fast so hopefully won't change taste too much.
Tastes pretty bad so far but opened one up way too early (9/4/13). Going to give it till 9/15 to see if carbonation changes anything.
Lacto made it undrinkable. Tossed batch.
