Grain Bill:

1.31 lb (68.2%) Maris Otter
1.6 oz (5.2%) Biscuit
1.6 oz (5.2%) Crystal 60
1.6 oz (5.2%) chocolate malt
2 oz (6.5%) CaraPils
3 oz (9.7%) Honey Malt

11 grams Willamette (60 min boil)

0.25 tsp Irish Moss (15 min boil)

Windsor yeast

Steps:

Mash with 0.6 gallons at 154 degrees for 60 min, mash out at 170 degrees for 10 min
Sparge with 1 gallon at 170 degrees

Preboil Gravity: 1.024 (1.037 target)

Efficiency: 65.66%

OG: 1.048 (1.051 target)

FG: 1.016(1.014 target)

ABV: 4.3%

Primary:

Secondary: 7/10/13

Bottled: 7/17/13 (8 bottles)

Notes:
Slightly sweet when bottled but still very nutty.  Might lower biscuit to up the honey malt.
