1.7 lb (86.1%) Maris Otter
1.6 oz (5.1%) Biscuit
1.6 oz (5.1%) Crystal 60
1.2 oz (3.8%) chocolate malt
11 grams Willamette (60 min boil)
0.25 tsp Irish Moss (15 min boil)
Windsor yeast
Steps:
Mash with 0.75 gallons at 154 degrees for 60 min, mash out at 170 degrees for 10 min
Sparge with 1.25 gallons at 170 degrees

Notes:
Dark amber in color. Slight nutty taste but strong yeast off-flavor so cannot determine flavor yet.
Slight nutty, did not let sit in primary long enough. Yeast flavor comes out because of this.
Nutty taste, a little dark so maybe more crystal or Maris Otter. Good carbonation after two weeks.
