Grain Bill:

1.41 lb (75.8%) 2 row pale
3.2 oz (10.7%) crystal 120
1 oz (3.4%) black patent
2 oz (6.7%) chocolate malt
1 oz (3.4%) roasted barley

5 grams nugget (60 min boil)

0.5 tsp Irish Moss (15 min boil)

0.7 oz oak chips (soaked)
3 oz Makers Mark  with oak chips (14 days)
1.5 oz Makers Mark addition (7 days)
nottingham ale yeast

.7 grams of priming sugar (corn sugar)

Steps:

Mash with 0.6 gallons at 154 degrees for 60 min, mash out at 170 degrees for 10 min
Sparge with 1 gallon at 170 degrees

Soaked oak chips with 3 oz Makers Mark for 14 days
Added oak chips and Makers Mark during rack into secondary
Added 1.5 oz Makers Mark into secondary during racking.

Preboil Gravity: 1.008 (1.035 target)

Efficiency: 48%

OG: 1.044 (1.048 target)

FG: 1.012 (1.013 target)

ABV:  5.9%

Primary:

Secondary: 7/29/13

Bottled: 8/5/13 (9 bottles)

Notes:
Good flavor for a porter, can consider adding more hops to 60 min boil and/or 10 min boil.
Very light bourbon taste.  Hopefully come out after 7 days in secondary.
Huge bourbon flavor with notes of oak.  Tastes great, may use less bourbon next time.  Cannot wait for it to carb.
10/14/13 still very carbonated but taste is mellowing out.  Very soft but hints of bourbon and oak.
