Mash .7 gallons @ 154 degrees for 60 mins
Sparge 1.4 gallons
Collect 2 gallons

Preboil Gravity: 1.018 (1.040 target)

Efficiency: 46%

OG: 1.044 (1.056 target)

FG: 1.010 (1.012 target)

ABV: 4.5%

Secondary: 9/16/13

Bottled: 9/20/13

Notes:
10/6/13 Very malty, clean, and flavorful.  Not as deep of flavor as most traditional Oktoberfests but still has plenty of flavor.
