7 grams Tettnag (60 min boil)
5 grams Willamette (60 min boil)

11 oz canned pure pumpkin (added to mash)
1.25 tsp pumpkin pie spice  (5 days secondary)

0.5 tsp Irish Moss (15 min boil)

Steps:

Mash with 1 gallon at 154 degrees for 60 min, mash out at 170 degrees for 10 min
Sparge with 2 gallons at 170 degrees

Preboil Gravity: 1.031 (1.036 target)

Efficiency: 85%

OG:  1.040 (1.044 target)

FG: 1.009 (1.010 target)

ABV: 4.1%

Bottled: 10/7/13
