Grain Bill:

1 lb (51%) Wheat
9.4 oz (29.9%) 2 row
3 oz (9.6%) CaraPils
3 oz (9.6%) Honey Malt

6 grams Cascade (60 min boil)
2 grams Cascade (30 min boil)
4 grams Cascade (10 min boil))

10 grams sweet orange peel (5 min boil)
6 grams sweet orange peel dry hop (4 days)

0.5 tsp Irish Moss (15 min boil)

Safbrew WB-06 wheat ale yeast

1.4 oz corn sugar (priming)

Steps:

Mash with 0.6 gallons at 152 degrees for 60 min
Sparge with 1.3 gallons at 170 degrees

Preboil Gravity: 1.024 (1.034 target)

Efficiency: 56.88%

OG: 1.050 (1.052 target)

FG:  1.007 (1.014 target)

ABV: 5.7%

Primary: 

Secondary: 7/22/13

Bottled: 7/29/13 (7 bottles)

Notes:
More of an orange taste and less hops.  Might consider boiling the peel longer but reverting back to original hops schedule.
Orange peel during dry hopping clogged the tubes and stop the racking.  Consider using a screen to stop the clogging or not dry hop the orange peel and just boil for 10 mins instead of 5.
Consider coriander for next batch.
Very limited hop taste so coriander would go good with this batch.
Use 10 grams orange peel 10 mins with hop schedule from v1.0.  Use coriander with this batch.
