9.4 oz (29.9%) 2 row
3 oz (9.6%) CaraPils
3 oz (9.6%) Honey Malt

7 grams Cascade (60 min boil)
3 grams Cascade (30 min boil)
6 grams Cascade (10 min boil)

6 grams sweet orange peel (5 min boil)
6 grams sweet orange peel dry hop (4 days)

0.5 tsp Irish Moss (15 min boil)

Safbrew WB-06 wheat ale yeast

Steps:

Mash with 0.6 gallons at 152 degrees for 60 min
Sparge with 1.3 gallons at 170 degrees

Preboil Gravity: 1.020 (1.034 target)

Efficiency: 47%

OG: 1.053 (1.052 target)

FG:  10.08? (1.014 target)

ABV: 6%?

Primary: Strong fermentation in first few hours

Secondary: 6/17/08

Bottled: 6/24/13 (7 bottles)

Notes:
Efficiency was way low.  Could be that I did not verlof and did not mash out.  Make sure I do those next time to see if that was the case.  None of these caused low efficiency, mostly setup.  weird readings for gravity when moved to secondary.  Tastes great, good amount of bitterness, will probably skip dry hopping the cascade.
Since it is below one gallon only adding 4.5 grams of orange peel so it is not over powering.
Added orange peel on 6/20 and skipped dry hop of cascade.
When bottling: Cascade really came through and enjoy the hops.  Not much on orange flavor.  Will double orange peel first, before reducing hops.
