2 oz (5.2%) aromatic
2 oz 95.2%) biscuit
2 oz (5.2%) black patent
2 ox (5.2%) crystal 120
1 oz (2.6%) roasted barley
2.4 lbs
5 grams nugget (60 min boil)
0.5 tsp Irish Moss (15 min boil)
nottingham ale yeast
19 grams priming sugar
Steps:
Mash with 0.8 gallons at 154 degrees for 60 min, mash out at 170 degrees for 10 min
Sparge with 2 gallons at 170 degrees

Notes:
Sparged with too much water so collected over amount needed for boil. New mash tun seems to work so maybe with less sparge water I will get 75% efficiency. Happy accident since it will just thin out the beer and not make it heavy.
Very smooth and clean. First batch to use lauter tun. Not much carbonation on 10/14/13.
